My classroom style is lively, supportive, and full of encouragement. I enjoy helping children feel excited about English while building the skills they need for real communication, including speaking, listening, reading, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and writing.

I have taught English for over eight years, including experience with young learners in Japan and Korea, as well as students from many different countries. My own interest in languages also helps me understand how children feel when they are learning something new. I like to make lessons clear, friendly, and active, so students can practise without feeling nervous.

For younger learners, lessons may include conversation practice, vocabulary games, reading activities, phonics, pronunciation support, sentence building, and simple writing practice. For older children and teenagers, I can also help with academic English, business English, colloquial English, and interview preparation.

My background includes a B.A. in Journalism, Mass Media Arts, and Sociology, a Master’s in Teaching, and TESL/TESOL/TEFL certification. My goal is to help each student enjoy English, speak more confidently, and make steady progress through lessons that are fun, structured, and encouraging.
