Writing is my strongest teaching area, and I enjoy helping students turn unclear sentences into stronger, more accurate English. In my classes, students can work on grammar, spelling, sentence structure, academic writing, non-academic writing, vocabulary, speaking, and pronunciation in a way that matches their goals.

I have been teaching English since 2015. My experience includes teaching summer camp students in China, middle school students in South Korea, online ESL learners through platforms such as Online ESL Platform and Online ESL Platform, and English students on Online Teaching Platform. I studied English at Indiana University Southeast, earned a Master’s in Advanced Teaching, and am also working toward a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction.

My lessons are best suited for intermediate, upper intermediate, advanced, and upper advanced learners. I support American English, accent reduction, grammar development, phonetics, reading comprehension, speaking practice, vocabulary development, and writing correction. For pronunciation, I can help students work on vowels, consonants, word stress, and clearer American English speech.

For older students, I can also help with academic English, business English, colloquial English, and interview preparation. I can make lessons relaxed and conversational or more structured and school-like, depending on what the student needs. My goal is to help learners write more clearly, speak more naturally, and feel motivated while improving their English.
