Learning English can feel much easier for children when the teacher understands both English and Chinese. In my lessons, I help young learners build confidence through clear explanations, patient practice, and step-by-step support in speaking, listening, reading, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and writing.

My background includes a Master’s degree in Education and Linguistics, TESOL certification, and experience teaching English as a second language in China. I have also worked as an English instructor and ESL teacher in different learning settings, including online classes and school-based programs. Because I speak both native English and native Mandarin, I can support students who need bilingual guidance while still encouraging them to use English actively.

My lessons are suitable for beginner, upper beginner, intermediate, upper intermediate, advanced, and upper advanced learners. I teach American English and can help with accent reduction, grammar development, listening comprehension, phonetics, reading comprehension, speaking practice, vocabulary development, and writing correction.

For older students, I can also support business English, colloquial English, interview preparation, IELTS, and TOEFL. My goal is to make English learning clear, friendly, and practical, especially for children who benefit from careful guidance across Chinese and English.
